Raymond J. Sammartino, MAI, SRA, is a licensed General Certified Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. He is a graduate of Gannon University and has specialized in real estate appraisal for over 25 years. Mr. Sammartino is the past President of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors, and the past President of the Northwest PA Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers and has served as a member of the National Experience Review Panel for the Appraisal Institute. His areas of expertise include Eminent Domain (Condemnation), and tax appeals. Mr. Sammartino has qualified as an expert witness in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Robert G. Stout, Jr., MAI, is a licensed General Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York. He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate. As a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, Mr. Stout, has served as Candidate Liason, Treasurer, Director, Vice President and President. In service to the Northwest PA chapter, Mr. Stout was selected as a representative for 3-years to the national Leadership Development and Advisory Council in Washington, D.C. and as a representative at national/international meetings. Additionally, Mr. Stout is also a member of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. Areas of expertise include: apartments, subdivisions (single-family and condominium), office buildings, retail plazas/shopping centers, hotels/motels, restaurants, industrial facilities, mobile home parks, self-storage lockers, and conservation and agricultural conservation easements. Sergio LoPresti is a Certified General Appraiser in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New York. He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society. He is also a member of the Northwest Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is currently a chapter director and member of the nominating committee. Mr. LoPresti has been involved in hundreds of eminent domain (condemnation) appraisal assignments throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. Other areas of focus include: medical and professional offices, industrial facilities, restaurants, and unique properties (e.g., school campus, parking garage, rail yard, surgery center, sports event center, etc.). He has also conducted various impact studies to ascertain adverse affects of external factors (e.g., road exposure, airport exposure, etc.).

Andrew Strange, Assistant Appraiser,is an Erie native and graduate of Allegheny College, class of 2004. After working in Dallas, TX in the financial industry and in real estate management, Mr. Strange joined Sammartino & Stout, Inc. in 2007 as a staff analyst. Subsequently, he has assisted in more than 200 appraisal assignments throughout the region, with emphasis on the Northeast Ohio market. He has participated in the appraisal of numerous specialized properties, including residential subdivisions / condominium developments, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, recreational properties (campgrounds, golf courses), restaurants / taverns, and subsidized housing. Mr. Strange has completed his educational and work experience requirements and is in the process of applying for state certification.

Tracy M. Stufft, Office Manager, is an Erie native and graduate of Erie Business Center. Ms. Stufft gained 24 years experience as office manager, program director, station manager and director of special events for WSEE Television. Corey Wolbert, Assistant Appraiser,is a graduate of Clarion University (class of 2011) with a B.S. in Real Estate and Business Management and was a member of the Universities Real Estate Association (Rho Epsilon). Mr. Wolbert resides in the City of Erie, PA and joined Sammartino & Stout, Inc. in June 2011 as a Staff Analyst.
